The founder
Luigi De Marchi
Luigi De Marchi is an architect with 28 years of work in digital design. In 1998 he founded Cultural Heritage Online, today the largest Art Nouveau media asset in Europe. He is based in Italy; the studio is incorporated in the United States.
He has spent his career between two languages — the language of buildings, collections and archives, and the language of the web — translating one into the other for cultural organisations across Europe.
How we work
Direct, small, accountable
OASIS Tech is an independent studio. There is no account manager between you and the work: you talk to the person who designs and builds. Development is accelerated by AI tooling — judgement and responsibility stay human.
We take on few projects at a time, we publish our prices, and every engagement starts in writing — with a free assessment, no meetings required. The studio runs async by design: you write in your own language, you get answers in your own language.
